Me and my family has a fantastic stay at Reyaan hotel in Istanbul . They were a fantastic host right from the start they welcomed us all . They put us all on the same floor and answered all our questions via WhatsApp and they were so helpful face to face with all our queries . The rooms were very big and clean and very spacious . They cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels daily . They gave us tips on where to go and tips on travelling . We had issues contacting our airline and they were more than happy to assist us and call the airlines themselves and sorted out our check in issues with airline for us. We will highly recommend Reyaan hotel to my family and friends for their future trips to Istanbul . The hotel is very close by to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophie Mosque and less than 10 min walk to the Geand bazaar. There are various restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk . Excellent stay for me and my husband and four children ! My children loved the stay too !

Very good location, just 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I would like to mark here receptionists: Mansour, Jan (Can) and Fazal. Each of them helped us a lot. Fazal from the beginning of our booking was in touch with us regarding the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Mansour met us at the hotel and gave us many tips such as where is better rate to exchange money, places to eat, show us the good grocery shop, etc. Jan (Can) helped us on the first our day with explaining how to get the places and point them on map. He even gave us Istanbul card (transport card) which he had (we bought it from him). I would highly recommend this hotel. The walls between the rooms are thin but its not a problem at all.

Great value. I took a ground floor budget room. It was adequate for the two of us. We only went back to the hotel to shower and sleep. Don’t waste your time in a hotel room in Istanbul, there is so much to do and see. The hotel is very clean. They have daily cleaning and fresh towels. The shower stall was a good size and the water pressure was strong. What really makes this property is the staff. You will encounter the most hospitable gentlemen at the front desk. I didn’t get the correct spelling for their names but I am so grateful for their help and recommendations during our stay. I was awake doing some work until 4 am one night and the gentleman at the front desk made me tea and coffee.

On the first day we noticed a small breakdown in the shower cabin, but everything was fixed immediately. The room was cleaned daily, all our requests were taken into account. Each of the guys who work at the reception is extremely polite and friendly, ready to help with any little thing and suggest the best places nearby. We can confidently recommend this hotel and will be happy to return again!
